This album is Tanyaradzwa's self-titled debut album. Recorded in Zimbabwe, this album brings together the many musical influences in Tanyaradzwa's life. Classically trained, brought up in the Zimbabwean church and currently studying at Princeton University in the United States, this album tracks Tanyaradzwa's growth and experiences as a young woman.
